"It's NOT war, terrorist, credit crunch or the global warming that
threaten our existence", but microscopic creatures that live almost
everywhere on the planet. They are immune to most antibiotic,
antiseptic. They have spread all over the world with alarming rate.
Infectious diseases are now the second leading cause of death
worldwide. These bacteria
swap genes without going through the stages of reproduction.

This may sounds like a B-movie on the Sci-Fi Channel, but the
Bacterial
scare is all too real - this proved just how vulnerable we are
despite all our scientific know-how and
advances in medicine we are unable to find a solution to stop
this threat.
Multi-Resistant
Bacteria are now
resistant to most antiseptics and antibiotics.
Over enthusiastic
deep cleaning kill good bacteria and has encouraged
super bugs
growth.
Hospital practical procedures, minor & major surgeries and even
heart transplant will soon come to a grinding halt. The very
technology we’ve created to help us live more comfortable and, yes,
often healthier lives will turn around &
bite us-hard.................

As
doctors, we passionately believe it is our “Ethical Duty” to help
reduce introducing bacterial infections in hospitals and our
community.
We published our work at
Medica 2005 and 2006 to warn medical disposable device
manufacturers, pharmaceuticals and healthcare workers about the
danger of "A
War We May Never Win". Now we thank The American Academy of
Microbiologist for confirming our fear by saying "A
War We Will Never Win".
Bugs are here to stay, they have lived billions of years before the
first human set foot on this planet. Now our existence is threatened
and we have no method nor the knowledge of what we can do to survive
this on slaughter.
Our
contributions could have given us some time to consider option but
not many believed what we said and passionately spent time and
effort to spread our message. Now its too late and its sad to see
the very people who created this and put us in a situation are still
optimistic of finding a cure.
This is a "War" with the very organism which created us five billion
years ago, and so must remember "We
Are Not Alone"

Hospitals
Our
hospitals were now threatened by antibiotic resistant bacterial
infections our ministers think the standard of cleanliness is poor.
Unfortunately this was found not to be true only after spending 2£
Billions.
Major
manufacturers of hand washing gel, antiseptic soaps and our
healthcare providers are concentrating on hand washing technique and
cleaning hospitals. All these have now resulted in making the
situation worse.
Alcohol manufacturers used higher concentration of antibiotics to
promote better yield. This has now resulted in
antibiotic resistant bacteria colonizing in alcohol. Using
alcohol can now be a major drawback for healthcare workers because
these resistant strains present in the alcohol is likely to colonize
in the hands and wounds resulting in invasive infections.
Excessive cleaning of our hospitals using strong chemicals has
resulted in killing good bacteria in the sewers, water and soil. Not
good news and now we are lost and know not how we can help fight
this threat. We must reducing
all practical procedures is mandatory to reduce cost, trauma to patient,
stress to staff, infections and environmental pollution.

Antibiotics
We are now drifting back into a "pre-antibiotic era", when simple
infections wiped out entire populations. It said the battle against
drug-resistant bacteria was being undermined by failing medicines and by
policies that focus only on disease-control measures and restricting
antibiotic use and hand washing technique.
Doctors want a commitment to research and development, leading to new
diagnostic tools to catch infections early and better treatments.
However, pharmaceutical companies are reluctant to invest in improved
therapies because they do not make as much money as other drugs, the
report by the Royal Society said.
"Much of the debate on super bugs has focused on cleaning hospitals. Using strong chemicals, antiseptics and
disinfectants has now killed helpful and harmless bacteria making room
for super bugs to thrive and educate other harmless bacteria's living in
our hospitals.
Scientists must stop thinking of
ways to "Kill" the bacteria but start thinking "How we can live and let
live", if we don't then a generation is likely to disappear from
this planet earth....

A review
of the literature revealed CA-MRSA infections with a median age of 13 y;
93% had no underlying medical condition with
the fatality rate of 64%, and 40% of patients who survived had
significant disabilities.
We must now
stop introduce these
bacteria into the blood stream of patients. Doctors and nurses must take
meticulous care when
performing practical procedures. People entering
hospitals are said to carry the bug in and spread it around. Healthy children must
not be taken into hospitals because they may get colonized with super
bugs that can kill them.
Birmingham University - looked at
soil, water and sewers and
proved drug resistance is not confined to hospitals, but is out in the
community.
Disinfectants
do not kill super bugs, so equipments,
stethoscopes,
mobile phones and
computers used in hospitals are now
colonized. CDH has published articles about
Emerging Infections, most doctors have
never heard of but this is real. The information dwarfs the problem of
Swine flu H1N1. MRSA ST985.
These
bacteria are armed with
various enzymes and are lethal and so
